Everyone’s got their own style when it comes to parenting, but we’re all out to accomplish the same common goal: raising our children into respectable adults.

And that is NOT a job for the faint of heart.

It would be wonderful if we could just download all of our life lessons and experiences into our little ones, but instead, we are left to the daunting chore of walking our babies through life’s hurdles one step at a time.

Thankfully, there are daddies like Randy Gaines out there to show us rookies how it’s done.

His wife lately caught an honest one-on-one with their daughter on camera, and its powerful viral message has parents across the web CHEERING.

In a Facebook post shared by Love What Matters, Randy’s wife devotes a little insight into this exemplary father’s parenting style, marked by open and gentle communication 😛 TAGEND

“I believe I just watched and listened to one of the most powerful dialogues in my life…

This man right here. His ability to connect, and to speak from the heart [?] Open& honestly…

I fell in love with him before we had our daughters, but moments like this construct me fall even more in love with him…

We connect on this level; and my heart explosion when he connects to his daughters like this … [?]

No yelling. No screaming.

Talking. Discussing emotions and why we have such feelings. HEALTHY outlets( walking, running, punching a pillow, etc )…

Getting down to the root of the problem. Defining boundaries, because feelings were upset. RESPECTING boundaries, to ensure it doesn’t occur again…

Parenting which neither of us had growing up. Listening ears as little ones speak. Knowing you are still loved no matter what. Knowing you are enough, always…

Our goals as mothers are to ensure they do not endure what we did as children…

I am so blessed, and so thankful to have this man as my other half. Our girls are blessed to have him as their father. Thank you Randy Gaines for being you! ”

Watch Randy’s powerful message below, and be sure to share his shining example of fatherhood at its finest with the parents you know.
